You may phone during business hours between 8:30am and 4:00pm (PST) Monday through Friday. We will be pleased to discuss your needs regarding the services you require.  All after-hours messages are retrieved and responded to by 9:00am the following business day.

IMPORTANT – Confirmation Procedures

We will notify your offices the same day we receive your communication acknowledging receipt of your service request. If your office does not receive a return call or email acknowledging receipt of your request by the next business day, please immediately call into our office.

On the day before your scheduled proceeding, our office will always call you to confirm that the proceeding is going forward and our reporter is scheduled to appear. If a scheduled proceeding has any changes to time or location, merely let us know and we will promptly adjust our calendar and notify the reporter.

*If on the day before the scheduled proceeding you do not receive verbal confirmation from our offices, please immediately contact us to ensure the appearance of a reporter.
